2. Refunds & Cancellations

BoqKit cannot issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Refund eligibility and conditions are determined by the ticket provider or event organiser you purchased from.

3. Event Changes

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, the ticket provider or organiser is responsible for notifying customers and handling refunds or changes in accordance with their policies.

4. Pricing & Availability

BoqKit is not responsible for pricing accuracy, ticket availability, or changes made by third parties. Users must review all terms before completing a booking.

5. Incorrect or Misleading Information

While we aim to keep event listings accurate, information may change at any time. BoqKit accepts no liability for errors provided by third parties.

6. Contacting the Ticket Provider

Your booking confirmation email from the ticket provider will include order details and contact information for refund-related queries.
